In compliance with various procurement regulations and in support of the policy and administration objectives of the State, the State Procurement Office (SPO) provides a number of special procurement services.

Statewide Contracts

With the support of a number of other authorized agencies, SPO provides many of the State's most commonly required products and services through our Statewide Contracts program.

Agency Contracts

For agencies with less than full (or "Unlimited") procurement authority and for agencies who require specialized procurement expertise for large and/or complex procurements, SPO provides an Agency Contracting program.

Set Aside

In accordance with ARS § 41-2636, SPO manages a Set Aside program to provide specialized contracting opportunities specific entities and other human service organizations.

Professional Services - Annual Statements of Qualifications

In accordance with ARS § 41-2581 the SPO establishes annually a list of Architects, Engineers and other related professional services providers for customers to utilize when seeking design and construction work under a set amount.
