State Purchasing Cooperative

In support of the contracting needs of numerous Arizona cities, counties, school districts, special districts and other qualified entities, SPO maintains the State Purchasing Cooperative.

Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA)

The Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) is the largest and most established formal interstate cooperative procurement organization in the nation. SPO represents the State of Arizona within this organization and participates in a number of their cooperative contracts.

National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO)

The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) is the oldest and most established professional association in our profession. NASPO is composed of the chief procurement official from each of the fifty (50) States, including the District of Columbia. NASPO also provides limited cooperative procurement opportunities. SPO represents the State of Arizona within this organization and participates in a number of the cooperative contracts.
