State Procurement Resource Library
In an effort to bring together into one location all of procurement regulations that bear upon contracting and purchasing activity in State government, SPO provides a State Procurement Resource Library:
Agency Procurement Authority
The authority to enter into contracts and agreement on behalf of the State is primarily derived from ARS § 41-2501, et seq., the "Arizona Procurement Code". In accordance with R2-7-203 pursuant to the Procurement Code, SPO manages the further delegation of Procurement Authority to the agencies.
